Our stay at Azucar Hotel Tulum was fantastic! The cozy cabana had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking in the beautiful view of the beach. The private entrance made it feel extra special, and it was so nice to unwind with the sound of the waves. The clean and beautifully decorated room had everything we needed for a perfect getaway.
Wi-Fi was a bit spotty.

Unbeatable beachfront views in a cozy setting
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the LunaMielera bungalow, which was perfectly located just steps from the beach. The room had a rustic charm with a comfortable canopy bed, a small fridge, and a lovely view of the ocean. Even though the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, it didn’t matter much because we spent most of our time enjoying the serene beach and nearby restaurants. One drawback was the occasional power outages, but they were short-lived and didn’t affect our experience too much.

The cabanas provide incredible privacy with lovely ocean views, perfect for those seeking a tranquil escape. Unique decor and comfortable furnishings give each room a cozy charm, making it feel more like home than a hotel.
Some rooms showed signs of wear, like leaks and holes, which might detract from the overall aesthetic, especially when prices are climbing. The beach could benefit from more frequent seaweed cleanup. it can put a damper on relaxation when the waves bring in debris. While the lack of on-site dining options forces you to venture out for every meal, it also encourages you to explore local eateries that you might otherwise miss.

The cabana had a cozy vibe, right at the edge of the beach. Loved the little terrace with a hammock overlooking the water. It felt like a postcard moment every morning while sipping coffee. The decor had its rustic charm, although some features like the fridge didn't stay reliable. it struggled to keep things cool, which made meal prep a bit tricky. No air-conditioning made nights uncomfortable, especially when it was warm, even with a fan. The mosquitoes were relentless because the netting wasn’t properly secured, and I came away with quite a few bites. Staff were quick to help when needed, like when our iPad broke unexpectedly, lending us a laptop to stay connected. While the location allowed easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants, going out for every meal was inconvenient given the lack of on-site dining options. Our stay was lovely for the beach time, but a few practical issues overshadowed some of the charm of this place.

We had an amazing time staying in our cozy cabana, especially enjoying the sound of the waves and the nice breeze every night. The beautiful beach and lush garden were perfect spots to relax under the sun. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn't take away from our overall experience—just embrace the disconnect! 🌴

We had an awesome time relaxing in our cabana right on the beach. It was nice having easy access to a nearby restaurant too.
My wife wished for more dining options for breakfast.

The Lunamielera Cabin embodied a romantic atmosphere with its bamboo canopy bed and charming decor. A highlight was the beautifully maintained beach with comfortable loungers that made sunbathing a joy. However, the lack of on-site dining options was a drawback, as was the occasional power interruption, which did affect the overall convenience during our stay.

Just a fine choice for a day tour in Tulum with good price value. The beach area was always tidy and inviting, thanks to the morning clean-up crew. Bring snacks from town as there are no on-site dining options.
